journaling: When Cody first came home for the summer, he’d ask me to make him a meal and I would do it happily because I was so happy to have him home. After about a week I told him I wasn’t going to be making his lunch for him all summer. He had been asking me to make eggs for him, so I showed him (again) how to cook eggs over easy the way he likes them. The first couple of days were learning days, but after that he got pretty good. Then he proceeded to eat the same lunch every single day, all summer long... four eggs and four pieces of cinnamon toast. Holy smokes! He certainly is a creature of habit!
