Nothing says love & dedication like beating egg whites til your arms hurt & making your own Pav base! (So somewhat fortunately in Aust, they are pre-made in supermarkets & bakeries everywhere so you probably have more experience in that than me - DD even asked for her very own Pav base last Xmas, gift wrapped under the tree -probably one of the cheapest gifts she's asked for in years but I didn't think she was serious & ended up buying it at the last minute.) Love the book styling & title work with the hearts as V's!
