I adore this, Suzanne!!! Oh my goodness! The black and white border with your word and the way you split your journaling between two spaces to talk about personal life and work. (I had to look up TUPE...now I get it more, and it ticks me off for you!) I love your resolve to set boundaries and take better care of yourself. I had a similar couple of years where everything was about other things, and I wasn't taking care of myself, but I'm back to it. I wish you the best in your endeavors this year.
