I’ve never heard of purple shamrocks; so cool! I love the crop of the photo in the blended square with the pretty purple flower cluster in the corner. I love the white space you used for journaling too. Beautiful as always Christa!
WoWser I love this page so much ! It is a true talent you have making your photos shine, and your pages unique and your very own. I love this. The journaling too, I had never heard of purple Shamrock either.
@Nemla Thank you so much Vivi I only knew of them as my BFF Mary, had purple and green.. the purple were her sister's plant she inherited and the green she had gotten from her Dad. I was going to get the bulbs from them to plant when I visited her, but I did not know if I could take them on planes when I was flying home... so when I saw them in the store I was thrilled to pieces. Never saw shamrocks for sale ever before 3 years ago when I bought the green ones... Hubby seperated the bulbs and I have 3 pots of them now, and then when I just saw the purple ones this past week I was overjoyed!! They say the Purple aren't really Shamrocks, (false shamrocks) as the leaves resemble the green ones they call them that, however all Shamrocks are of the "Oxalis family" so for me, I am sticking with the Purple Shamrocks nominclature I have named my Purple Shamrock "Shamus" LOL Hugs and thank you so very much for your sweet comment!!!
