I Don't Think I Have Ever Done A Challenge With An Obscured Photo!...I Took A Stab At This...Hope This Is O.K....It's Raining Again...Seems Like It's Doing This A Lot Lately...So A Rainy Day Photo Is In Order!...I Actually Like Photos Obscured By Rain & I Think This One Turned Out Pretty Good...Plus I Added An Extra Rain Overlay A Few Layers Back For An Added Effect Since I Didn't Want To Obscure The Front Of The Photo Any Further...
