Made for Summer Camp Challenge Week 5, Sleeping under the stars

Journaling:
When I went outside to use the toilet at night up on Fulufjället and looked up, I was almost shocked. The sky was covered in stars! I mean, to realize that there really are that many stars? I just felt: how can I have lived so many years without knowing or understanding what our night sky actually looks like? It was absolutely magical, and I truly hope I’ll have the chance to experience that kind of night sky again. Maybe the chances are much greater now that we have a campervan and can get far away from the lit-up towns.

Great use of contrast to let the photo shine! This cluster is perfection. Starry nights are so beautiful; I’m glad you experienced this one and wish you many more.

Beautiful.. I agree you see so much more when you are out in the middle of no where away from street lights. Gorgeous scrapping of your nighttime sky and so glad you captured this! TFS!
