Journaling reads:
Lunch date with CJ ... we love going to lunch at Park
Lane. It gives us a little bit of the UK & Ireland at
home. CJ gets Fish & Chips, and I always order
Guinness glazed Chicken and Chips and always bring
half home. We usually will have my leftovers as a snack
the next day! YUM!

Awesome page, Christa! Love the fantastic job you did with your blending. I knew it was your page as soon as I saw it. <3

@londoncuppa Ha ha Margaret re knowing it is mine.. hubby was saying that the other day with looking at all my pages I have done.. thanks again.. [getting ready ahead of schedule for the slow scrap] :) Thanks again for your sweet comment :)

@cfile If you listen to enough scrappers or artists, they say that your style will eventually naturally come out. I can look at pages from certain people and immediately know who did them. I'm still waiting for my natural style to come through. All of my pages are so random and all over the place; some simple & some heavily embellished. Maybe being "random" is my style. Your style is always gorgeous!

Super fun page Christa, I love how you blended against a patterned background! I don't think I've every done that before. The scattered dates are a nice touch and of course that meal looks scrumptious!!

blending against a pattern takes skill and you nailed it here - i love that there's also a pattern to the mask and it's carried thru the themeing with the tree sticker

I always love your photo masks. Great choice of two patterned papers; that was one of the hardest parts of these instructions for me! I love all the neutral elements and how you created a mixed date. I even tried a mixed date on my page! Thanks again for the chat and scrap and inspiration. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving!

@umyesh thank you Monica! glad you had fun with it and it gave you a slight challenge :) I too am challenged with pattern papers! Glad you had fun and Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family!
