Every time I place an online delivery order, I can almost always guarantee that I won’t get it the first time or sometimes even the second time it gets ‘delivered’ by the couriers. It frustrates me so much because nearly 95% of the time the drivers are too lazy to walk down my driveway and up my back stairs. I end up watching the tracking then blowing my stack at which ever courier company it is to maybe eventually get what ever the parcel is delivered. The only time it more than ocasionally works the first time around is if the retailer has a spot to put delivery instructions or the courier happens to be Courier Post where I can sign in, leave an “authority to leave” authorisation on the parcel or get it redirected to Countdown, otherwise I’d say its guaranteed to take about a week, a few phone calls and maybe the odd harsh word said to get anything within about a week.....yep that goes for overnight delivery too!
