Aww Patty, what a beautiful story... I am so sorry she didn't see the gift or tree and she was focused on Santa or the Reindeer not eating "her gift" she left them, but glad to hear it had a happy ending with her eyes getting huge at the surprise. What a beautiful page and you are a wonderful Mom You made her an amazing Christmas. Big hugs and thank you for sharing and playing along with the "It Happens" challenge. Beautiful! (It also says a lot about your daughter- especially at age 4.. caring for others before herself.. she got that from you )
Loved the journaling, great storytelling. I think we all have mom moments we can relate to. So sweet that she thought of Santa's cookies and milk and the reindeer's carrot before looking for her present. Love the pretty page, the colourful title and all the pink.
