Oh my dear Olga, I am so very sorry for your loss of all of those photos and files with the EHD. How heartbreaking. I know it is not the same but you have the pages here in the gallery when you get a new EHD you can save them. I know it is a lot as you have a lot here like me, but at least you will have something. I have an extra EHD that I need to change over to as well. UGH how heart braking as these days we do not have photos hard copy unless we print them. I love how you scrapped this sad moment, and how you have come to your conclusion. I get that. The older we get we have to resolve to those thoughts it seems. Big hugs your way. I love the layered papers on the right. . the mauve really gives your page a pop and your cluster wonderful, PLUS love the ** in your title.. that was what was our original thought but had to clean up the challenge for the family forum LOL Sending big hugs your way. Thank you for joining in on our May alternate challenge and for sharing with us.
@cfile oh, this was the first thing John did when he discovered the loss of all Layouts: he saved my gallery here to the archive, but as you say it's not the same. I can't print them out 12x12 to the albums I was building on. Well. I've learnt
@zinzilah Glad John was able to do that for you then. In Photo shop try opening 1. Change it to a smart object then transform it to 3600x3600 at 300 dpi and see how that looks? Sometimes it will work. Ugh so sorry this happened. Big hugs.
I feel your pain. I can't even.
So sorry for the loss! We all know how irreparable that can be.
Great layout though and congrats on your well deserved Froggie Fave.
Oh no, what a loss! I can't even image how devastating that would be. Your journaling is great storytelling, and great page on how it all unfolded. And congrats on the FF.
Oh no! That is such a disaster. If all else fails maybe use gigapixel to resize them from the gallery. That would be a huge project though. I am so sorry :-( PS I did love the dead parrot reference though. DH did that in a podcast chat the other day but the person was too young and it went right over their head!
