NEW PHONE

It was only a few months ago that my iPhone 6s quite literally stopped working and knowing I had limited funds I upgraded to a refurbished iPhone 8 thinking that would be the end of my issues. Fast forward a few months and I am having constant issues yet again with lightning cables failing at the drop of a hat. As much as I loved the actual iPhone, I knew I couldn’t keep going like I was. So after 7 years of using an iPhone I jumped ship back to Android. That came with a whole host of issues.....what phone to get with my budget of around $200. I read review after review on phone after phone and was getting more and more confused as either the reviews were saying the phones were great for a second phone or great for a teenager or the worst phone ever. I then stumbled across a independant review of some more expensive models and discovered the brand Oppo which I had never heard of before and realised that if Consumer Magazine says it is a trusted brand for several years then it must be a decent brand. I ended up finding a phone that fit my budget (or just a bit over!) - Oppo A17 and so far I think it is just as good as my previous three iPhones and I am happy as anything so far. If nothing else at least I won’t be having to replace any more lightning cables!
