@Karen Thanks. It has been since July- DIL waited til the last birthday was missed which frustrated us at first- until we realized that a transformation was taking place in her! We now have a "normal" relationship like I always wanted. Those 11 months must have been a time to sort things out for her. At any rate, it was worth the tears.
