Journaling: There was no chance I would wear mom’s wedding dress, but she had held onto it all this time, so after I bought my wedding dress, I agreed to put hers on. She was super surprised to see how perfectly it fit me. “I didn’t think I was ever as skinny as you are” she exclaimed! lol Some family was in town, so they all got to enjoy the short fashion show too. Boy am I glad styles have changed since 1982; that lace on my neck was scratchy!
