on the left hand side:
-the drawing and lettering-are mine. Took a photo of my own diary, cut the borders and blended onto Kim's notebook, one on hard light, 2 copies on Color Burn-
If you can read, (not sure how legible my letters are, were hand drawn and my hands are not exactly stable) I made this in June, 3 months onto lock down, oh, so sad on reflection, I really did think we would've been done by now, but reality check, I am not all that stressed out, but more like annoyed with the fact that people can even think for a second the virus is a hoax.
Also: Please, please, pretty please, keep hopeful. We, as a race, defeated the plague and influenza virus over 100 years ago.... we will beat this one too. We have huge advance in science, the results may be delayed and, as it goes, the whole world is suffering in so many ways, it will be a difficult time even after we get out of the virus' danger. Especially for a huge part of the world's population on low income, lots of people have lost their jobs... but the way I see it: most of us have a roof over our heads, food (even more than what we can eat) and an internet connection. We are blessed. So, lets unify instead of divide :)
This is meant to be POSITIVE- LETS HAVE FAITH.
Even if you are not religious, be that Christian, Jewish, Muslim, Buddhist or any faith you follow or not, have faith in science, WE WILL BEAT THIS THING.

      You are on a roll!! Gorgeous layout!! I LOVE the art work, I love the story and I love how you used the diary. All the elements and details are just perfect.
      And yes! You are right... it will be though after the pandemic as well. Economy will have to rise up again. And it's hard... my boyfriend lost his job. He might have found a new one, but we're waiting on the details. But we feel lucky... we have a roof over our head and we are together stuck at home.
      Anyway... I love love LOVE your layout. You are so creative and your pages are so inspiring. I don't know where to look first and you know I love that in a layout! :heartslub
