      Ooh nice (there's a phrase that I think landscape photog's use that sounds fitting here, it's 'cloudporn' but watch out if you google it or make sure there's no space in between the words or I can't imagine what you'll find & it's basically the reason photographers Photoshop skies so they aren't flat blue or flat grey) - I think it's something the TV weather peeps call a shelf cloud but I love the idea of calling them fairy floss clouds officially - you summed up the colour & texture perfectly !
