My username everywhere online is zenjen. I chose it because zen is something I try to have more of in my life. I can default to worry and stress too easily and so I am constantly reminding myself to breathe and that it will all work out somehow. It has become easier and easier to let things go. More often nowadays I am able to “table” something in my mind and then find myself thinking a few days later “funny how that worked itself out.” Stress is bad for our health, not good at all to hold negative energy inside. I am now a yoga teacher and I very often make the focus of my class about letting stress and negativity go. And in every class and every pose, we breathe and channel inner calm and connection. I think we all need that reminder. And what a sneaky way to always be reminded myself by typing ‘zenjen’ anytime I login~
