Journaling: I’ll be honest, I don’t exactly remember this trip. It was 1993 and I was four years old. While I don’t remember specifics, I do remember little tidbits from other trips. We would go to Disney every year from the time I was 18 months old until I was in high school. It made for some amazing memories. This is one of my favorite photos from our trip in 1993. It was taken at Narcoossee’s at the Grand Floridian (which is right on the waterfront). When we went back in 2010, we took the photo and tried to re-create it to no avail… they no longer sell the yard of beer. Still, there are so many wonderful memories surrounding those early trips that always make me smile when I look back and think about how lucky I was to have so much fun with my family in those formative years. Everyone looks at me now and wonders why Disney is such a huge part of my life and happiness in it, and it all stems from those early trips every year with my family to experience the magic that is Walt Disney World.

What a magical story and your paint use is perfect for your theme. I like how you mounted the photo and story. Thanks for taking the heritage challenge!!
