I used a diamond shape and transformed, rotated and used the outline to create a frame.

love the geometric frame you made and the blod colour and stripe choices you went with that work well with it! great job (even if you aren't sure on it, sounds like you got to explore your program a bit more and that's always a good outcome from an MOC challenge to me :) )
