Today was your 5th grade promotion ceremony. You have a 4.0 GPA, won several academic awards, and have made many friends over the years. After today, you will no longer be in grade school and it is off to new adventures in middle school.You will be moving to a new school with kids you don’t know and some you do. You will be in a bigger building and will need to switch classes on your own.This will be an adventure for you all. A chance to learn and grow and face every obstacle head on.I know you are a little scared about this next year and your new school,
but I know that you be just fine and dad and I will always be here when you need us….and even when you don’t.
Make the most of the next few years and set a solid foundation for high school. Continue to learn and grow and remember that as long as you are doing your best,we will always be proud
of you. Look out 6th grade, here you come!
