Remember that everything has a season. Remember how hard things were a couple of years ago? Well now its not. Things are good, so good. Never perfect, never that. But good. You just need to hang on. Keep going, keep on that road. Its a good road. Everything will be fine.
Remember how little Alex was? He’s so sweet and kind. He says he loves everyone who loves him. He’s so open and outgoing. He wants to be a part of all the action. And his dance moves. Wow, those moves are so great! You are so lucky to get to be his mommy.
Remember how it feels to finally have your dream home. It was hard to get here. It’s going to be a while before everything is exactly how you want it. But you’re here, the hard part is done. Take it slow, one day at a time, it will get done. Remember it’s not a race, it’s a home.
Remember to take care of yourself. You always feel better when you’re moving. Sometimes it’s easier to rest after work, but just do something. Even if it’s only something small. You don’t have to hit the gym every day, just walk outside sometimes. It’s an amazing feeling.
