MOC Day 3 - Paint across layers

Thanks for the challenge and tutorial, however if you don't use a photoshop type program, you have to find some other way of getting this effect, I have never tried to do this before, so I have done the best I could do using an eraser, so hopefully it will pass, I have done it on the Word Art and on both sets of spatter paint.
