Quite a moving letter, I am impressed how far spread the ripples of the war are, and trust me, this war is ruining Russia as well as it's ruined Ukraine. A different way for sure, but it will suffer the consequences for generations to come. I never thought I'd know deep in my soul how the "normal" Germans felt during WWII... I do now. And I hate it. I wish for it to stop, I know so many people who lost their family and friends because of this horrible war.
@zinzilah Thanks for your comment. It's so true that many of the russian people suffers a lot too. I know they can't say so much in public. I just wish for peace as soon as possible for soon there will not be any Ukraine left.
