MOC Day 17 - I am Rikki

Journaling:
When I was small my parents used to call me Ricki/Rikki (no idea, it was never written down), because my real name is Ulrike. Later on my name turned into Ulli which is the most common nickname for someone with my name. Nobody calls me Ulrike (except either in jest or when deadly serious). I don’t think I’d even react if someone called my full name. Anyway, when it came to my scrapbooking online name, Rikki came to mind. It reminds me of my childhood, it has something to do with my real name and sounds kind of cute to boot (to me anyway). My first website was called "Rikkiscraps"; now my blog is called "Scrapbooking mit Rikki" and on practically every scrapbooking site out there I am Rikki (or something close to it whenever Rikki was already taken). I have a second name I often use online for non-scrapbook related sites but that is a completely different story.
