I have to agree that your shadowing is incredible! I am glad that you were able to release the thoughts and emotions that are still represented here in the grey monochrome.... hope it helped you feel better!

I love it. Much of scrap therapy I have found is in the thought process that takes place as you choose and add the elements and not always in the words. I hope this was a very therapeutic page for you and that color is coming back into your life (I love the monochromatic though too).
