While visiting Scott in England, we decided to take a mini vacation to Edinburgh, Scotland. It was a dream come true really for me. We took the train from King’s Cross Station in London and it took us up the coast of England and Scotland about 6 hours. It was such a nice train trip. We stayed at the Waldorf Astoria Edinburgh situated right across the street from Edinburgh Castle. We had the most amazing view you could imagine, even from the bathroom. There were soft fluffy robes and comfy slippers, the bathroom had a heated towel rack, and the bed was extra comfy. I could see myself staying in Edinburgh for an extended period of time. It was lovely. We toasted our trip with a glass of Scottish Whiskey provided with the room.
