Aww, she sounds like a totally sweetie. It must be so fun to stop in and see her and the horses. One of my fave things to do as a kid was visit a farm and feed the horses and see which animals were the friendliest. Sounds like a sweet tradition on your walks home from church - love your storytelling! And that sketchy drop cap!
