Back in February 2008, I joined
one of my first on-line digital
scrap-booking sites - Nuts 4 Digi
which was an Australian site. So
that is how I met Deb who lives
in a town 85kim from where
I lived. We ended up meeting
in person on the 27th December
that year at her home which is
the day of these photos. We all
got along so well and every time
from then when we met up we
would have a lot of laughs together.
That was 16 years ago and we still
keep in touch. I have had two
moves to other towns since then
and now live about 130km from her.
Deb and her boyfriend, Steve
are now married and live in a
Retirement Village. They came to
visit us last year in our new little
home and we plan soon to either
visit them or meet up half way.
If I had not joined that digital
scrap-booking site all those years
ago we would not now have Deb and
Steve as our friends.
