@G.J. thanks for joining in my Blind Scrap Challenge for MOC 12! Strawberry cake- sounds super yummy! Does it have strawberry filling or is the cake itself strawberry flavored? in the photo it almost looks like it is rolled up? Beautiful page!

@KayTeaPea dear, I always use strawberries, actually I make my own marmalades, so I can includes a lot of fruit. No, isn't rolled up, but I put overdose of whipping cream, lol. Usually I cut the layers, I put strawberries cut in pieces mixed with marmalade, then whipping cream, and the next layer. I like that the whipping cream is well done, so I add 2 tea spoons of philadelphia cheese per every 200ml of whipping cream, the whipping cream must be very cold too.
