MOC 2 - Worst Month Ever

Description
For Month of Challenges - Day 2

All of the blue ink is blended with pattern overlay to give the scribble more depth. The coffee ring is blended with Overlay mode. Everything in pencil is blended with pattern overlay. The date stamp uses Soft Light blending. The torn sticker is blended into the folder using Darken mode. Personally, I really like blending for adding realism!

This is extraordinary! I swear it looks like you just took a photo of things on your desk! Everything looks so real! :) <3

This flew into my favorites. What gorgeous detail and shadow work. Brilliant documentation of what was enormously painful. I look at this and I feel the ugly painfulness and at the same time I feel the big exhale that comes with cathartic scrapping. Just gorgeous in every way, Laura. Love the emotive tone, love the documentarian feel. Love it so very much.

Wow - this is very realistic - amazing job with all the little details and your shadows are perfect. So glad that you've come through that month and it is all behind you.

Totally agree on everyone commenting on the realism, it's just stunning! I hope making this LO helped heal you a bit!

Wow Laura. This is stunning!! I dislike the subject, but you scrapped it so beautifully!! That pile of photos looks so real!

The shadows on the page are out of this world !!! Stunning layout!
Subject wise...Hope things are better now though.

OH Laura! I love that you scrapped the hard times - it is so healing in so many ways! But I am sorry that you had to go through it. tThank you for sharing this with us, it is beautiful in every way!
