Roffe and I took a walk on the beach on New Year's Eve afternoon. It was so fresh and lovely, cold but crisp. It was easy to walk on the beach since it was frozen and the light was absolutely magical, with the peach-colored stripe along the horizon and the clear blue sky. Fantastic end of the year!
