oh I think by now 90% of the Pad wants to go Northern Lights!!! we should organize a trip!!!! Love your list! gorgeous photo ad beautiful title work! I think there is only one thing that I am not all that bothered with here, the Heston food..... I'm a love of most things, but a few of the times I experienced new chefs with the high class/Michelin thing...I ended up wanting my grandmother's food LOL but would gladly go with you everywhere else!!!!!! We went to Malta in November when my mum came to visit us, is gorgeous!!!!! Hope you can see snow again, eat at Hestons and get all the rest become reality!!!
