Until now, in order to be in a kind of balance with myself, I needed to spend time with my children, with my husband but also to express my creativity through my art. I realise that in fact one essential thing is missing: time with myself. I am slowly starting to find it by going to the gym once or twice a week. But I still have a long way to go to feel good in my body, my heart and my head. To be well in my head, I need to continue to see Nurse Nadège so that she can help me to welcome my emotions correctly.
