Recipe:
Lemon Bars
1 c flour
1/2 c butter
1/4 c 10x powdered sugar
2 eggs
1 c sugar
1/2 t baking powder
1/4 t salt
2 T lemon juice
Preheat oven to 350. Mix the flour, butter, and 10x sugar into a dough. Press into a 9x9 pan and bake for 20 minutes,.
Mix remaining ingredients and pour over baked base - no need to cool the dough first. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes, until filling is set and very lightly browned.
