      @bestcee, we often joke without medication and sleep.....nothing happens around here. My mum has ADHD and Depression plus a sleep disorder, I have depression tendencies at times depending on life plus a sleep disorder so we both need some sort of routine and time apart so my mum having three days off a week split up works great for all involved and on her days at work I have about 9 hours to myself
