journaling:
june 2017. the backyard.
we had been trying to keep this beanstalk plant alive in its little plastic cup since he brought it home from kindergarten months and months ago. then he brought home this fun terracotta pot that he decorated with paint and beads. it still took us a month or so but we eventually repotted the little beanstalk plant into its new home in the fancy decorated pot. playing in the dirt was so much fun, but he took great care to make sure the little plant was safe.
Awe I love this! My kids have brought home plants from school so I’ve been through this process; they never made a cute pot though! I love your “green thumb” title and the bright green leaves and ribbons. The plaid scallop is my favorite! Thanks for scrapping our multiple photo MOC challenge!
What a great story - nice series of photos! The fancy pot is wonderful! Love the mix of patterned papers (the plaid is my favourite too), and love the journaling in a circle shape. Great page!
