Journaling:
My fourth poetry collection was released in the summer of 2020. A summer during a worldwide pandemic might not have been the optimal time for "soul-gripping" poetry. With a lockdown and time for our hobbies & passions, I went to work on my own. The world was however in turmoil & upheaval, uncertainty & unknowns, and while I believe it is to date, my best piece of work; one that is been touted as a work of "boldness & clarity for the modern day" with the highest ratings; it sadly has the lowest sales. So now I move forward, into 2024, like we all do from the effects of the pandemic over the last four years. On our lives, the economy, time, passion, and all the things we love. The pandemic has given many of us renewed life goals as well as the reminder that life can be short. I've been working on new poetry, re-writing and editing past pieces, to get ready for a new collection I plan to release some time this year. I don't have a date yet as I'm in the beginning planning stages, but I'm excited for the what's to come! 1.7.24
Wow! I didn't know this about you -- how cool that you are a poet! I love that you have your four collections shown and looking forward to number 5. Your clustering is impeccable and beautiful as always!
