JOURNALING: After suffering a badly fractured femur in July, 2021, and with the advice of my physical therapist, I started exercising on my “Cubii” (seated elliptical). I know it helped in my rapid healing after the incident so I’ve continued the practice. I try to exercise on it at least 15 minutes a day while reading. It’s usually more because it’s easy to lose track of time while I’m enjoying a “cozy mystery” on my Kindle. 1/22/23

Great idea to exercise the mind AND body at the same time. LOVE that background paper, it is so soft and delicate. Great "circle" element, also. I've heard other people have been "turned on" to the Cubii-like devices after rehab. It worked well for you!
What a great photo of something you do most days. I totally agree that reading while exercising can totally help distract you and make the time go faster! I LOVE your fun leggings too! Ouch about the femur fracture though. Glad the Cubii exercise helped to heal you!
