Oh Trish, This turned out to be such a very special page. You certainly have been through a lot. I know your feelings about your Dad as I have similar... times I wish I could have him back - wished he could have met his great -grandchildren etc.
Artistically... this is a great page... I like how you did the word - hindsight.
@A-M thank you so much for your kind words. I still tear up thinking of him and how I wish he was here watching his grandchildren grow up. He loved them so much.
I know I owe you big time, as a manner of gallery visiting...promise will get done... it is difficult to stop with little time, because, my dear, your pages are ALL awesome!!!!!!!!! it called my attention this, such a fun way to put the journaling, the whole thing captures from far, and then when I look closer....we both did the same for this challenge....ours was in Buenos Aires (Argentina) in 2014...... we didn't know we wouldn't be back (to this day) The tickets price sky rocketed and because we have to go also to Brazil we didn't make it....my dad passed 2 years ago.... I'm so so glad we took millions of photos when we were there.... I thought I was ready to accept the passing (when he was still alive) thinking that he was 90 and we live so far away.... nope. We are NEVER ready to loose them... anyway, LOVE that we are able to make beautiful, amazing pages like yours to turn a memory that can be painful into a beautiful celebration of life!!!!!!
@MrsPeel awww, thank you so much for those sweet words. I'm so sorry for your loss too. Our dads are something special to us. Great minds think alike in us choosing the same memory. Love you my friend.
