What a fun page. I really like the fact that you kept the background neutral and the colors you chose for the little banner work so well with the photo. The little strip at the bottom edge does a nice job of grounding the layout.
Wow love your banner, the photo and the ellies used... well all of it. The ladies are right that strip at the bottom is just enough to prevent the banner from appearing as though its floating. Gorgeous page and thank you for joining me in this months challenge
