Hotel Disaster

The view may have been lovely from the deck of our accommodation in the Gold Coast but the accommodation itself was terrible,. Broken beds, air conditioning not working were just two of the things I remember. Of course this was the one time we used a travel agent for our bookings so after putting up with the shoddy accommodation for nearly our whole trip, we complained to the travel agency and we got put up in a five star accommodation for our last night complete with room service!
