@Annsofie thank you.. It was yummy... other than when we were away, we have not "bought" ice cream since 2012 :) That was when we got the Ice Cream maker. We had the crumble in the UK in Nov and decided to recreate at home.. close enough (even better I think!) .. it was delicious!

@HeatherB thank you Heather.. it was a tag team.. my husband loves to be the chef here. I only cook to give him a break now and then :) i made the crumble, he made everything else!
