saw this in Karen's spotlight today! i have never heard of that tradition but i love it as well (does every house have a flag pole?!) love your layering here - amazing use of the inspo!
@bellbird Thank you for the lovely comment. Our house has one, but people who aren't haven't one are being creatice. It's great to see all those schoolbags hanging out the town, you know that that boy or girl had the happy graduated annoucement.
