Oh, I need to watch this again. I watched it a LONG time ago before we had our boys...I think before I was married. I need to watch it again...now with a different perspective. I loved it then.
@Scrapping with Liz I have been watching it since it came out in 1995 (well probably a year after that because of how long things took to get from theatre to video, lol). I was only roughly 10 when I first saw it, because my mum loved it. I have watched it at least every year since then and usually more than just the once. I don't know, it is just brilliant.
It would a whole new perspective now for you. It will be interesting re-watching it and seeing the different ideas from way back then about how to teach deaf children.
