What cuties Joan!!!! I absolutely love this!!! Wow 7 years. time flies and it is funny how they go to not liking their photos taken.. I would take lots of the silly ones to show them down the road when they are older! I love the use of the torn paper mask.. gosh I miss Dawn so.. thank you for scrapping with this kit and also for remembering her. I love the little cluster of your elements with the flowers and all your paper bits. Beautiful!! Thanks for coming to the chat and playing along with the speed scrap!

I actually went back to the torn paper and re-clipped the papers to just the top layer to allow the torn edges to show the "inside" of the paper. It makes it even better! These two kids really are great - when I show them "old" pictures, I think they start to realize how important photos are. I've been making calendars using previous year photos for about ten years - first traditional, now digi-scrapped. They love to look at them. Now I remind them that "this could be for the calendar" when I want them to cooperate for a photo. It usually works!
