i admit to having followed the Cake Fails blog for ages (like a few years) - are these the zucchini discs with parmesan cheese on top? i may have made these but made like slices down the length of the zucchini and they were ok (not my fave zucchini recipe but i do love you documenting your (peopleless) pinterest fail and the blocking here is awesome!
