Easter Dinner

Looks delicious, Christa! Love that you ran with the carrot color from the photo in your overall color palette. (It has nothing to do with orange being one of my favorite colors! ) I am a lamb fan as well, though I tend towards the chops or a roast. Never tried the shank. Wonderful cluster work.

@jazzmatazz - my Grandmother made Lamb Shanks in the pressure cooker and oh my! I now have my Dad's Pressure cooker and while he and I did make them once, and I have also made them in the oven, I want to try out the pressure cooker Mom used to make Leg of Lamb, and with her being gone for 28 years now, leg of lamb has to be now at least 33 years since I had that! The shoulders, chops and shanks are easier when there is only 2 people Re the orange for the carrots, I too liked the pop of color. Thank you so very much re your sweet comments!!

@littlekiwi Thanks Jennifer. Yes I enjoyed and love this kit of Jaimee's. I am not a big "Orange Paper" person, but I really enjoyed playing with it and liking it alot I can see me using it quite a bit!
