Journaling reads: A much needed trip to the grocery store...
We bought the fixings for Christmas Eve salad along with food for our Christmas celebration with Joe. The floral arrangements at Hilander/Schnucks were so festive. We couldn’t resist a $5 Frosty Fern with a cute little cardinal peeking out. And $354 later, we considered ourselves done. Yikes! Back at home, a miracle of the season, everything fit into the fridge and freezer!

      Wow ... you will certainly be eating well for Christmas with that kind of grocery bill! Lovely flowers in the photo and I like the little cart by Santa at the bottom.

      i agree about santa and the cart and i couldn't have resisted the iced fern either seeing that cardinal in it but man, you're food bill almost gave me a heart attack but it all fitting in the fridge is really a xmas miracle!
