@marijke This boulangerie is at Montmartre in Paris. Their matcha chou is just delicious. And their rye bread... OMG!
I'm a master baker myself, and when I'm travelling, I'm always looking for inspiration from other bakers. I'm sure not at the same level of Boris Lumé, but I really admire his work.

@Laure when I go to Paris ... for sure I'll look for it! Pastries are sometimes real pieces of art ... good luck with your bakery!

@Laure I'm so glad that you like my choice of patisserie to highlight St Nicholas as the saint of Bakers as well as Sailors and children. I have never been to Paris but I know I would look for this boulangerie in Montmartre if I ever have the good luck to visit.
