Journaling: The Day of Hungarian Culture has been celebrated since 1989 on the day 22 January, in memory of the fact that Ferenc Kölcsey in 1823 cleared the manuscript of Hymn in Cseke, as evidenced by the manuscript. Commemorations of the anniversary give us the opportunity to pay more attention to our millennial traditions, roots, to strengthen our national consciousness, to show and pass on our historical and spiritual values. The idea of organizing the day is connected with pianist Árpád Fasang, who proposed it in 1985. Finally, the real celebration of the day took place in January 1989, when the first anniversary event was organized and since then it is celebrated annually this day. On the Memorial Day, numerous cultural and art events are held nationwide. They relate to the Hungarian culture, and since 1993, the prizes related to education and pedagogical work. It is celebrated in the schools and in other cultural and educational institutions with various festivities, recitals, exhibitions and competitions. In the girls' school (which has the name of Kölcsey), there is also a morning church service at the memorial day, so they go to school in celebratory clothes.

Loved reading the journaling, great storytelling. And love the title with the letters in colour like a flag. And love that corner cluster. Great page! Thanks for playing along with my challenge!
