I had a hard time getting this layout to size down small enough to load. It ended up too small to see. Here is the journaling:
Journaling left side
In June of 2016 we started on a cruise that had a stop in Sweden. This had been a dream of mine - to set foot in the country where my grandmother was born. We started out in England. It was an excting time! There were stops in Belgum, Denmark and then Sweden. As the day approached to visit Sweden, the weather became very stormy. Since the ship couldn't dock in a port in Helsingborg it has to put anchor down a ways out and tender passengers on to the port. The choppy water made it too dangerous for this to happen so they had to skip Sweden! This stop was the reason we were taking this cruise. I was so disappointed but enjoyed the rest of the trip.
In April of 2017 we found another cruise that would stop in Sweden and again boarded in England. Surely things would go good this time - but - no, this time it was too windy and the captain would not go there! Again it wasn't t be and I decided I would not get to visit Sweden.

Fast forward to July 2018 and we were able to find a small boat cruise on the Gota Canal in Sweden that goes across the country from Stockholm to Goteburg. After getting off in Goteburg we were able to take a train to Angelholm and take a short walk to Rebbelberga and see the church that my grandmother was baptised in. They even still have the actual baptismal font that was used when she was baptised in 1872. So because of two failed attempts I was able to see the acutal place she atended church and do more than just step foot in Sweden!
